Formed in 2021, Sun Dried Flies are a Canadian alternative rock band (and a sustainable protein source) blending influences from the musical greats of the 60s through the 90s. They have built a reputation for their energetic and improvisational live performances.

Recently, Sun Dried Flies have been completing their debut album at The Powder Room Studio, where they strive to capture the energy of their live performances in their recordings.
